Snappy Writings: PHOTO REVIEW

This month it was more challenging to get this blog published. The holiday season brings a busy season. Also, my husband and I were recently diagnosed with Covid 19. I have felt worse with other ailments, but it does sap energy and induces a sleep coma-- like a baby. Sleep 2 hours, awake 1, sleep 3, awake 2, sleep 5, awake 2, etc. Unfortunately, no beauty rest, as there's been no improvement there, but my sense of humor seems to be thriving!

Too bad my husband was also inflicted, or he may have played prince charming and kissed me awake.

Nevertheless, I enjoy producing this blog. Regardless of the multiple topics I may have chosen to focus on, I find it easier to show than tell. I am providing a year of photos; places I visited, interesting scenes that got my attention. A record of our move from one home to another.

I pray you all stay well and can keep your minds and eyes upon the meaning of this special time of year. I also hope each of you find yourselves enriched by your journey through 2023, no matter what it brings!

Prior to moving in March, a friend and I went on an outing to break up the monotony of winter. Off we went to Chucky Cheese where we laughed until we cried. I did more "mature things" the rest of the year.

Leaving our residence after 6 years, downsizing into a 2 room apartment, was exhausting.

How does one pare down all those belongings, treasures?...but the memories came with us.
